  Very upset. Traveled 1 1/2 hours to eat here, this evening. My 9 year old wanted Italian food for his early birthday dinner and this restaurant was recommended to us. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very snippy hostess. She immediately asked if we had reservations, to which I replied, "No, I wasn't aware that we needed one." The restaurant was empty, besides two groups (each of 2) of people. She looked at her computer screen to see if she could "fit us in" and then informed me that she just couldn't do anything. I finally just point blank asked, "Should I just take my children elsewhere to eat?" She informed me that the restaurant was "really not kid friendly", but we could go sit in the lounge (IN THE BAR AREA) if we'd like. After I declined that offer, she... recommended I take my family to Olive Garden. If your restaurant requires a reservation or is not kid friendly, you might want to post that for out-of-towners to see!

  It is a amazing place to eat with great service and awesome menu. Atmosphere is inviting as well as the staff. Chef even makes time to come out and chat.
