  They do not honor what is advertised on the pizza hut website, but the pizza is good. Walked in with the pizza hut website pulled up and was told the specials advertised are not suposed to be up anymore "someone messed up" and was not allowed to place the order for that item.

  They do not even ANSWER the phone. It rings and rings then disconnects. And it isn't because they aren't there. To order delivery, we've had to call in our order because the online ordering doesn't work for our location. Rude service on multiple occasions. We've tolerated because we like the pizza. No longer.

  I don't know what's happened but this has become the most agonizingly slow Pizza Hut ever. The last two times that I have been I have sat in the drive-through window for at least five minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. Then they come, they take your money and it's another 10 minutes before you see your food. No explanations no cars in the parking lot. There is a serious lack of management and it shows. At this point I'll just drive to Denison because it'll be quicker
